Building Inclusive Community Across Central Pennsylvania
AIRE — the Association for Inclusion, Respect, and Equity — is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving rural Central Pennsylvania across Columbia, Montour, Union, Snyder, and Northumberland counties. Since 1992, we have worked to build inclusive, equitable community for historically marginalized people through events, education, advocacy, and grassroots collaboration. From LGBTQ+ Pride programming and interfaith dialogue to youth support and cultural advocacy, AIRE creates spaces where everyone belongs.
We Build Inclusive Community.
AIRE is working to promote inclusion, respect, and equity across Central Pennsylvania. Through initiatives like Pride, the Cultural and Religious Alliance (CARA), and future community programs, we create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.
